The Alaska Fisheries Information Network (AKFIN) supports the data needs of fisheries analysts and economists, as well as other entities involved in the commercial fishing industry. We consolidate data about commercial fisheries and are responsible for managing and dispensing the data to analysts and economists upon request.    

AKFIN consolidates data we receive from state and federal sources and fulfills complex data requests from fisheries analysts and economists, governmental organizations and other stakeholders associated with commercial fisheries.
